Features

Four things, done properly.

FireCode 360 does one job: keep your NFPA 25 inspection records in your hands — complete, on schedule, and ready to show a fire marshal. These are the four pieces that make it work.

PM-owned records

Your account is the system of record

NFPA 25 puts the record-keeping duty on the building owner or manager — so the records should live in your account, not your vendor's software. Contractors participate as invited guests and everything they file belongs to your org.

  • Contractors join by magic-link invite, scoped to the one building and job you assign — they never see your portfolio, team, or billing.
  • When a contractor relationship ends, nothing leaves: every record, photo, and PDF stays in your org, and your history stays unbroken.
  • Export everything, anytime — a ZIP of CSVs plus every PDF report. No lock-in, including from us.

Every record carries the five §4.3.2 data points

Finalizing an inspection generates a professional PDF on the spot. The header leads with the five data points NFPA 25 §4.3.2 requires of every inspection record:

  • The procedure performed — inspection, test, or maintenance.
  • The organization that performed the work.
  • The required frequency for that procedure.
  • The results, with the date the work was performed.
  • The qualified person who did it — name, contact, and license number.

Below the header: itemized results with NFPA 25 section references, deficiencies flagged, and photos stamped with capture time. Paid plans remove FireCode 360 branding; Portfolio puts your logo on every report.

Frequency-driven reminders

Reminders on the NFPA 25 clock, not yours

Add a system and its required intervals — weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, annual, 3-year, 5-year — become due dates automatically, following the NFPA 25 §5.2 interval rules. Then the reminder engine takes over:

  • Emails at T-30, T-14, T-7, and T-1 days before every due date, so an annual never sneaks up on you.
  • A weekly digest listing anything overdue, repeated until it's resolved — overdue items don't go quiet.
  • Reminders close themselves the moment the inspection is finalized, and the next due date is computed on the spot.

Multi-building dashboard

The whole portfolio, triaged

One screen answers the question that matters every Monday: which buildings need attention this week? The dashboard rolls every system in every building into three numbers, then lets you drill in.

  • Overdue count — red, at the top, impossible to miss. Click through to the exact system and procedure that lapsed.
  • Due-soon count — everything inside its reminder window, so you can book contractors before deadlines, not after.
  • Pass rate across the portfolio, with per-building status rows, filters, and CSV export for owner reports and insurance audits.
